What we collect

When you use the eligibility checker we store your answers (heating type, tenure, mains-gas status, property type and postcode) together with the result the checker showed you. If you request quotes we also store your first name, email and — if you provide it — your phone number.

Why we collect it

To match you with MCS-certified installers who can quote for the work and, where applicable, apply for the Boiler Upgrade Scheme grant on your behalf.

Who we share it with

Your quote-request details are shared with a small number of MCS-certified installers who cover your postcode. They contact you directly. We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with anyone outside that installer network.

Your rights under UK GDPR

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@coolgrant.co.uk and we'll respond within one month.

Cookies and analytics

We use privacy-respecting analytics (Plausible) that don't set cookies or track you across sites.
